This is one of the easiest and best tasting pies. This is an old favorite of mine. I use to make this all the time before I got married and as newlyweds. It didn't require any baking. So, this is a no fuss, no bake pie - you can't lose.
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 large cool whip
1 can coconut
1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 ready made pie crusts
Mix first six ingredients together and pour into pie shells and chill. Makes 2 pies.
